Since it seems to be a fairly common destination, I moved my guide to hitting the spell hit cap at 80 using only rep and heroic gear to its own static page. Now you can find it easily!

I’d like to move my guide about titles available to get, or get started on, in Echoes of Doom to its own page… but

1) the formatting goes all wonky when I try to just copy & paste it, and
2) it’s only relevant for a couple more weeks anyway.
