It can be a confusing experience to be thrown headlong 55 levels into a class that only starts with a whopping 3 more abilities than your average level 1 new toon. I get it. It’s cool. You and I, we [...] I was chatting with some people on Vent the other night when it came up with one guy was having a problem: both SimulationCraft and Rawr (fine tools in their own right, don’t get me wrong!) seemed to be low-balling his death knight’s DPS – by at least 1000 dps in some cases! So when [...] Random dungeons: LFG works well now. It works scary well. It also has a sense of humor: my first instance after joining the queue for a random instance? Heroic Trial of Standing Around in One Room. Thanks, I wanted to go straight back here, how’d you know? (Still got two achievements out of the place.) [...] I’m sure this has nothing to do with a guildie whose Scion had $500 $2800 worth of damage done to its bumper by hitting a raccoon… only to be informed he needed to get his car def capped if it couldn’t even tank a raccoon. The Sidhe Devils Night Crew is a bit wacky. So word on the street is that Shadowmourne finally has stats. Sexy, sexy stats. And, yeah, it breaks my heart a little bit to know that I’ll never have a Shadowmourne, or that my shaman will never have a Val’anyr, and I’ll probably never see Arthas unless I’m running away from him. The closest analogy I [...] [Show as slideshow] [...] Anybody else find it a little weird that some of the tier 10 armor kind of looks like you took a random Scourge into a back alley and beat the crap out of them for their gear? Blizzard is definitely getting pretty wild with some of the armor designs, and they’re hit-or-miss – there’s [...] Of Old Ironforge, also known as the Hall of Thanes or Assembly of Thanes, the Warcraft RPG lorebooks say: The Hall of Thanes is a massive, natural cavern complex. It is located in Ironforge’s lowest depths. The area is a true marvel of organic stone formation: no dwarf has touched this area with pick or chisel. [...] |
