		<description>The DRMDeathStrike is actually the reverse of what you mentioned - it uses it ONLY to convert runes into blood runes. So, for me, my initial rotation is diseases -&gt; pestilence if not ST fight -&gt; deathstrike -&gt; spam heart strike -&gt; death coil if runes are on cd. I&#039;ll try to avoid death strike if i&#039;ve got a load of death runes, since heart strike is better (correct me if i&#039;m wrong there!).
