This is a game played for fun, and that's the focus of our guild. I've actually not signed up for raids because I didn't want to deal with people like this. I myself am prone to being an "exploder"; add to that the sleep deprivation of having a newborn child and I'm a time bomb waiting to go off. However, I try to control myself. Instead of ranting or talking behind someone's back, I will just breath and realize that maybe I need to take a step back. If things get too bad, I will sit out of a raid or let people know I will do one or two more attempts before leaving. Then after a couple of days I will either post something on the forums explaining my frustration, trying to make sure I don't single someone out. Usually we get some kind of resolution, and other times we don't.
