I complain in the DK channel to my fellow undead folk. The raid leaders know about the problem and it seems to have gotten better in the last few weeks, so hopefully the temper is now under control.

Unless it's a raid leader or something, in which case I politely message them that I do not appreciate being yelled at, or listening to my friends get yelled at. This is a game played for fun, and that's the focus of our guild.

I've actually not signed up for raids because I didn't want to deal with people like this. While I love downing bosses, it's not worth dealing with abuse.

Really, if the person isn't willing to control themselves whether it's through exploding, lootwhoring, going afk all the time, whatever, they usually do not get asked back again and usually are removed from the raid if not the guild.

I myself am prone to being an "exploder"; add to that the sleep deprivation of having a newborn child and I'm a time bomb waiting to go off. However, I try to control myself. Instead of ranting or talking behind someone's back, I will just breath and realize that maybe I need to take a step back. If things get too bad, I will sit out of a raid or let people know I will do one or two more attempts before leaving. Then after a couple of days I will either post something on the forums explaining my frustration, trying to make sure I don't single someone out. Usually we get some kind of resolution, and other times we don't.
