Even the very first quest you do doesn't have a 100% drop rate. However, I'm staying in Mulgore because I'm s'posed to be leveling with my cousin, but she's a shaman, and for no apparent reason there's not a shaman trainer in Silvermoon. I despise Mulgore and their starter quests have worse droprates than the Hillsbrad Skulls quest x10. As soon as my Drood hit 10 I headed over to Tranquillen since there is a Druid trainer in Silvermoon for some reason.
